Planting updates

Kale, collards, mustard greens, scallions, and chard all went into flats less than a week ago, and all but the scallions have come up!

 Our seedling set up is wrapped in emergency blankets for warmth and to reflect the lights back onto the plants.  Each light has a warm and a cool fluorescent bulb to give blue and red spectrum light to the plants.  On sunny days, we put our babies on the window sills to soak it up!
